What is Injection Mold?
Injection molding is used to create strong, durable plastic parts and is ideal for production projects with high volume requirements. In the injection molding process, molten thermoplastic is injected into a metal mold and then cooled to form stable and durable solid parts.
Materials:
Common thermoplastic materials: Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS), Polyethylene (PE), Polypropylene (PP), Polycarbonate (PC)
Other supported materials: Nylon (PA 6, PA66, PA12), Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene
